Bloody show

I’m 39+6. It’s tuesday night & ive had my bloody show since Sunday night going into Monday morning. It’s been really big globs with blood in it. But irregular contractions throughout the past couple days. How long does this go on for? Contractions are tolerable but do hurt. & I’ve had lots of lightening crotch. My 40 week appointment is tomorrow & im hoping she says I’m at least 2 or 3 cm (I’ve been 1 cm 50% effaced last 2 weeks). Just sooo tired of waiting & feeling like I’m getting no where ):
