paranoid

Every time I do something sexual i get paranoid that something bad will happen to me. i just had sex without a condom but I’m on the pill and I keep praying to God to please not let me get pregnant. i get so paranoid and nervous that sometimes Ill throw up! I feel bad for my boyfriend cuz he has to listen to me rant and become scared, but i just always feel like that, condom or no condom. btw he did not cum in me, in fact, he had a hard time getting hard and trying to cum so we just stopped. someone please tell me I’m overreacting
