I’m losing too much weight
I’m feeling very self conscious about being super thin after losing all of the baby weight and then some. My arms, legs and face look a lot thinner than I am comfortable with and my clothes (especially my pants) fit very loose in the legs and I HATE it. I feel like a little girl :(
I know I have to lift weights and eat A LOT to gain but I’m having trouble finding the time and ENERGY
How do you mommas that workout get it done? Do I need to wake up extra early?
