Genital itching?

I don’t have any stds, in fact I got check last week- clean. Since 2017, I’ve had itching on my vagina lips, so bad that I scratch until I bleed and can’t stop, I can’t have long nails because I scratch in my sleep. I thought maybe it could be my vag isn’t breathing enough, or maybe it could be psoriasis. I’ve been checked for yeast infections, been treated. Even got treated for chlamydia just in case, and gonorrhea- nothing helped. Wash maybe? Switched. Different underwear? Tried that too. Maybe it was my diet? I also switched that completely. Then I even switched toilet paper, pads/panty liners, body wash. Literally anything. My partner and I don’t have sex all that often. I have no idea what it could be. Please let me know if you’ve had anything similar with a diagnosis. I have a doctors appointment coming up for this. None of my Gyno doctors said anything when they did my pelvic exam so I’m clueless. (I didn’t talk too much of it because it’s only flaring up right now.  and it only seems to bother me horribly during the colder months)
