Help!

I (19 yo f) have been having a big crush on this man (36 yo) for three months. He has just told me he never ever kissed (not even a peck) or had sex before. WTH! He says it's because his stuttering that stopped him of making friends, meeting girls... He even dropped college due to that desease (or is it just a speech disorder? Idk). I know it must have been too hard for him to deal with that for so long, but my issue is that I don't think I'm able to teach a grown guy how to be sociable. What do I do?
