When to go off progesterone?

For those of you on progesterone supplements, when did your doctor tell you to stop? 
My progesterone has been steady between 29-35 since starting. I’m 10w5d, and was told to stop. I’ve read a little bit of the research, and know that I should be fine, but this is my first viable pregnancy, which makes me slightly superstitious to stop.

I took orally through my first trimester and then was told to stop.

I was on progesterone injections until 8 weeks then switched to suppositories until 12 weeks. I am currently 17 weeks.

I was on oral progesterone twice a day for ten weeks per my infertility specialist. He told me the placenta takes over progesterone production around 8-9 weeks and my levels looked like yours. I’ve used this method twice and had two viable pregnancies who are now 3 years old and 1 week old. Good luck!

I’m on vaginal progesterone pessaries and I’ve been told to stay on them until 12 weeks. I started at 6 weeks and I’m now 10+3

I was on vaginal progesterone,  then bumped to injections. Stayed on until 12 weeks.
