I’ve had the Kyleena in for a few months now, and it’s done nothing but be problematic. I bled for a month firstly, so my doctor put me on the pill for 6 weeks to stop the bleeding. I’m still on the pill (so two forms of birth control!!) and once or twice a week I start to bleed heavily and get the most excruciating cramps. The cramps are like waves of pain through my entire body, cramps like I’ve never had before, and I get hot and cold sweats, diarrhoea and goosebumps everywhere. The pain was so excruciating last night I woke up with it and couldn’t get back to sleep. Has anyone else had this? Should I get the IUD removed? Please help
