Fussy & elevated temperature?

My daughter is 6 months old, she’s been a little fussy today & getting tired quicker & she has a temperature of 99.2, whereas her usual temp is around 97. I gave her some tylenol hoping that if she’s teething or in some kind of pain it could help & hopefully bring her temp to normal. I’m planning on taking her to the doctor tomorrow if this continues & obviously take her to urgent care if anything worsens but I’m just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen & what it could be besides teething? I can’t feel any teeth so I doubt that it’s that.
