Pp stitches

I got stitches, not for the hole but I tore around my labia and another part I don’t remember where the doctor said. Anyways, I think my stitches busted, I’ve been having increased pain down there, I’ll move certain ways and just get a weird sensation, and increased blood. Every time I’ve tried to look at my stitches I’ve never been able to find them but that might also be because it’s painful to spread the lips and look. How do I know if my stitches are busted? And if they are, will it heal on it’s own or what should I do? I’m 2 weeks pp.
