Yes, that's wrong. If you share a child, you can ask for child support, but it's not someone else's job to support you, especially not your ex. Have your SO go and walk dogs, shovel snow, house sit, set up for events, or do other odds and ends that pay on the spot. Sell things you don't need, such as old clothes or furniture. Pick up extra shifts at work, have your SO apply for unemployment, have him apply at low end jobs such as fast food that hire quickly. Basically, don't rely on an ex to pay your bills for you and your current boyfriend. That's just innapropriate
