Pain?

First pregnancy here. I’m having hip and lower back pain. I know the app and my dr told me it was normal. But how is everyone sleeping??? Lol. I’m hurtinggg and I’m only 8 weeks along. 
Gunna be a looong 9months!

Answer

I find the hip and back pain worse in the first 3 months then not to bad. I’m hoping it’s the same this pregnancy because I’m having a hard time sleeping as well!
