10yrs. Marriage?

so yeah 10years and 3 kids later. we are not married. it has bothered me for a very long time i bought it up on 3 separate occasions and the last time he simply said “pick a date” this was about 3 months ago and he still has not given my ring back. (Gave my ring back about 1 year ago because we was having serious problems) anyway. to me it means ALOT marriage is something i have always wanted and the way he acts makes me feel like im making him marry me. idk what to do. it makes me so sad like crying sad and i wonder if im doing the right things. but also its been a long time dream of mine.
