7 weeks sac no fetus hcg is at 50.000

I did an ultrasound and my sac was measuring 6 weeks and saw a fetus measuring at 5w3d yesturday I have my u.s and sac measuring 7w and no fetus and went in for blood work and hcg is at 50.000 is this normal? Am I losing baby?
