I am so so exhausted and feeling so sick all day long I really don’t feel like I can continue to cope at work but know I have to. How is everyone else managing ? 😩😢

I’m actually leaving work early right now due to nausea. 😣 it’s a desk job but I just can’t bear it and I need to just curl in a ball and lie down.

I’m the exact same!! I need to work for the money but I’m struggling so much. I work in a call centre and even though I’m sat down it’s the worst! I wish I could just take a couple of weeks off to get over this:(

Same! Desk job and I cant really even function until the afternoon. Saltines are the only thing that help
