Do at home dopplers cause miscarriage?

Do they truly heat your uterus enough to lead to birth defects or miscarriage? I recently used my Doppler for 15 minutes 2 days 5 days apart and I am now worried I have harmed the baby. I am 9 weeks.

I used my Doppler everyday until I could feel my baby move, and now  he's a perfectly healthy two week old

The only concern doctors have with dopplers is that since you are not a qualified professional you may misinterpret the heartbeat so it could do more harm than good. I have one and love it though.

I mean there are not enough long-term, evidence-based studies to determine whether or not that is truly the case, though it is a concern of researchers. I have a Doppler, and I use it twice per week for a couple mins each time.
