Bleeding

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after bleeding in the first trimester? I’m on my way to the ER now but I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to stay hopeful. I had a miscarriage last year in the first trimester so idk what to think right now.

Update: I had gone to my doctor earlier and he said the urine test came back negative. The ER said theirs came back positive. Just had an ultrasound and waiting to get blood drawn. The bleeding has stopped so I’m a little more hopeful....still nervous though. Thank you for your comments. They’re the only thing keeping me from losing it right now♥️
