14 week old baby spits up frequently

Hello everyone,

Our DD is now 14 weeks old! Though she’s been spitting up for as long as I can remember (our doctor think she has reflux) , it’s frequency has been going up lately - she tends to spit up at any point in time, even 1-2 hours after a feed, regardless of the position she’s in (sitting upright, lying on mother’s chest, when sleeping - in her sleep etc). The nature of her spit has also changed and it’s now more thick, white mucous like. She’s always held upright after a feed and burped well as well, and isn’t showing any other signs of infection or stomach issues.

She’s also been drooling quite a lot over the last week.

Is this common? If not, what should we look into to help the little one ?
