Driving after surgery

Hi all,

I had bunion surgery on my left foot nearly two weeks ago and got recommended to not drive for 6 weeks. However i have an automatic car so i don’t use my left foot to drive anyway...

My 3 week appointment is next week so ill ask the dr then but do you think id be ok to drive?

Im not on any medication anymore and I’m currently not experiencing any pain. Just getting fed up of relying on family to take me shops/ out etc and being stuck indoors most of the day!
