How do y’all have energy to do anything? I have 3 kids. One 2 year old and two 11 months old. I have 0 energy to do anything, clean the house, do laundry, be intimate with my husband, get ready. I am so exhausted between being a full time working mom and still the primary caregiver since my husband is a farmer and rarely home. I have had my thyroid checked because i feel like I am beyond tired all the time and it was fine. I don’t know what to do to get energy to do basic functions through the day.
