My husband lost his grandpa on his mom's side 3 weeks ago and his grandma on his dad's side officially yesterday so we have been eating extra until I realized in 4 w3ks I've gained 10lbs. Usually I starve myself to the point I lose weight until I'm happy but I want to do it right this time. I'm 26 next month and I'm 165 and it's ALL in the tummy. Not the thighs or hips or butt. Just the belly 😒 what are good home workouts I can do? Healthy food ideas? I d have thyroid issues as well
