Stomach issues
Hiiii,
So I’ve been having problems with my stomach for the past year or two, and idk what to do. I vomit at least a few times a month, and it doesn’t seem to be triggered by any specific foods/drinks, situations, etc. I also experience severe nausea at least weekly, but almost every day. Im not looking for a diagnosis or anything, just some advice.
Is there something I should cut out of my diet? Am I doing something stupid and not realizing?
For context im 17, 5’4, 115lbs. I also seem to be losing weight even though I eat tons.
