Child support question ( don’t know what group to put this in
My daughters dad currently owes $1,849
We just opened the case back in August but I no longer want him to be on child support, can I just close the case? I live in New Jersey. Do I also have to go in person to close it? And would we have a court date? Or would the case just be closed
