Vaping...Part 2

It wouldn't let me add anything else to the last one. But here is the update if anyone was wondering.

I talked to him about the vape and asked him why he thought he needed one and how long he's had it. He ordered it online a few weeks ago because 'I just wanted to try it out- I was curious'. He said he just didn't even think about telling me because he was just going to get rid of it if he didn't like it. I guess I'll have to wait to see how much it was when the statement comes(we have a rule to let the other know if we are spending over 20$ on things other than necessities) it just arrived Friday- so at least he hasn't been using in the house for days- and he had just started using it that night.

We went over ground rules if he decides to keep it-- not in the house, brush his teeth before playing with the baby and wash his hands, try to use a seperate jacket that's just for vaping in so Lincoln doesn't get too much contact, don't use it in my car. The basic rules. I also told him that he needs to really research all of the side effects that it can have on him and us. Planning on going out once a week so that we can talk and de-stress without worrying about the baby- he swears he's not stressed at all though.

So far: he used it in my car not even 10 minutes after we talked because he forgot 🙄 He used it it the house last night after the baby went to sleep because he forgot🙄 and he basically laughed in my face when I told him that 'just because you control the amount of nicotine doesn't mean they they are any better for you than cigarettes would be'

So ya. Super great so far. He keeps telling me 'if you don't want me to have it than I'll just throw it away' to which I responded 'then toss it' the first few times- he got mad so I stopped responding. He gets upset anytime I even mention the vape now. And then denies that he is upset.

He had a very upset stomach last night and woke up hurling a few times(IDK if that's from the vapeing but we ate all the same things yesterday so it's not from food poisoning) Him and Baby are getting a few small rashes- pediatrician just said that he needs to take it outside and make sure he washes his hands each time also so 🤷🏼‍♀️
