Eating/sleeping

My son will be 3 months tomorrow, but he was 5 weeks early (so the leap stuff is all weird... I put him his due date but it is still all off from what they are saying).... anyways.... today all he wants to do is eat and sleep. No fever. He’s actually been like this for a week or so. He barely stays awake during the day. Night sleep hasn’t been affected as he still goes down at 8:30-4, then back asleep till 7/7:30ish.

Anyone else in this boat? He only naps for like 30-45 mins then wakes up starving and then wants to sleep again.

I’m thinking growth spurt or a leap. Not sure if it’s leap 2 (by his due date) or leAp 3 (by his birthday). He’s not “behind” on any of his milestones.... besides hating tummy time 🤣.
