In your experience what caused or do you think caused you to be more depressed in the past?
I'm trying to improve my mood and lifestyle so I figured I might have to make some tiny but important changes. I realized whenever I have an argument with my boyfriend is when I haven't slept well due to me staying up late since I have trouble sleeping. However I notice when I sleep I don't feel as miserably depressed as I do now. (Slept like 3 hours)
In addition I tend to oversleep during the day time when I come home from work which doesnt help the situation of me not sleeping at night.
I used to work out in the past but now my budget and time is short but I think If I work out a little bit I might add a little drop of satisfaction to my life. I've tried theraphy but I'm starting to realize that in some way I'm the one causing my own depression.
