Would this look tacky?

I’m a daycare teacher and I’m trying to decide what to do with the kids as a gift to their parents at the end of the year. I really wanted to do the snowman ornaments with their hands but also wanted to make it into a snow globe as well since the kids would really like that. Would it be tacky to combine the two? Also I was wanting to take pictures of all the kids today and couldn’t figure out what to do as a way to incorporate that. I’d let them do the wooden ornaments and paint them which they would love but they are all 2 and would make a huge mess.
