I’ve used every baby lotion there is! 2/3 times a day and my sons skin is soooooo dry. I have to bring out the big guns. What do you guys use?

Coconut oil. My first had drier skin than baby #2 and we did it daily at jammies time and an extra thick layering after a bath. Baby #2 usually only gets it after a bath or if I notice a dry spot. That said, sometimes we tend to want to over-bathe our babies. They really don't get dirty and need all that and it can really dry them out. Best to bathe once or twice a week and just use a wet cloth in between as needed for big poops or spit up in the neck or something. That said, I know a lot of people use bath as part of a night time routine. If you're bathing daily and don't want to give it up, consider cutting out the soap/body wash except once or twice a week. Just water and a washcloth. The water itself can be drying, but the soap is especially so. Hope you find some of this helpful! Good luck, mama!

So Luxury Coco Oat Bath! Seriously love that stuff! It works wonders for baby’s dry skin and eczema. It’s all natural, vegan, etc. Then they have an all purpose salve you can rub on after the bath and it’s like magic.

Eucerin baby Eczema relief and aquaphor. I would get them out the tub, put the Eucerin then thin layer of aquaphor. Make sure to use a mild soap without harsh chemicals like honest,babyology or hellobello.
