Is this normal ?

I was thinking it could be cradle cap or baby eczema but I’m a little worried. It seems to get worse in hot or cold weather, but when I wash him face with a warm washcloth and lotion it usually looks a lot better and some days it’s not even there. These pictures are taken within the same week, it comes and goes.

It’s not an allergic reaction because we’ve been using the same detergent since day one (dreft) and I don’t put anything else on him besides lotion which seems to actually help.

He hasn’t been exposed to anything new and this started around 2 months old.

Should I be worried?!
