Femara vs. Clomid — which is more effective?

I’ve been on Clomid 50 mg for 3 rounds now...
•First Ovulation 34.4mg
•Second Ovulation 21.6mg
•Third Ovulation 32.3mg
All positive numbers with no pregnancy’s. Wondering if changing to Ferma would be better? Thoughts? I messaged my doctor today as today is CD 1.

I’m on my first cycle of clomid and 100mg. Before clomid my progesterone was 3.5 this cycle is 50.1 🤞

Femara never worked for me. 
1st round Clomid conceived second cycle. 
2nd round clomid no conception after 3 cycles. 
Femera 3 cycles no ovulation. 
3rd round clomid conceived 1st cycle.

I’ve been taking femara for 18 months and I haven’t gotten pregnant. My fertility dr is so confused. There is no medical reason as to why. He said we could switch to clomid if we wanted to switch it up. I have no idea what we are going to do. I think we will do an IUI with one of the meds. Good luck and do what you feel like you need to.
