Ranting bc my bf is being so irresponsible omg.

My bf's mom lost my bf's car because she took out a title loan on it and she didnt pay it.. so my bf is 21 years old and doesn't have a car.. he also lives an hour away from me which means ive been driving to him everytime we hang out if I want to spend time w him. He's having to rely on his friends to get him to and from work to make money to get a new car.

He plays semi pro football (doesnt get paid for it) during the summer so it's off season.. he loves the game so much that he tried out for a team 2 hours away to get more exposure and made it.

Ive expressed to him that with his situation I dont think its smart for him to do this

-he doesnt have a car to drive the two hours to and from practices/games, so far his friend has driven him and I've taken him (he put gas in my car)

-they practice every Saturday so that's one of his busy work days that he's sacrificing to play ball instead of make money

It just pisses me off that he's being dumb about this and putting this above making money when he obviously needs it. He already plays for a team in his home town during the summer anyway so I really dont understand...
