How often do your babies wake up during the night?

How often do 6 weeks babies wake up at night and are they breast or formula fed? 
I was told that formula fed babies sleep longer than the breastfed ones.

I breastfeed and at six weeks my baby was usually in bed at 9 and up at 12, 3 and then 6am. 
She dropped the 12am feeding soon after,  and by about 2-2.5 months we were putting her to bed closer to 7pm. By 3 months she was sleeping 7pm-7am with only one or two wake ups.

My six week old wakes up every 2-3 hours and he’s EBF. He eats every hour or so during the day, but he’s also putting on about a pound a week (15# now), so all that eating is definitely working, lol!

Mine all woke up 3-4 times a night until a few months old.
