Baby Advice Needed

So I'm the one that wakes up in the middle of the night with my now 4 week old. I never get help in the middle of the night. She always seems like she's hungry but sometimes just keeps the bottle in her mouth but won't use a pacifier. She screams in the bassinet. I can't ever make her happy in the middle of the night and have trouble napping through the day. How can I help her sleep better in her bassinet? It even sways back and fourth and she doesn't even care about that
