Cd 25 HELP

Anyone have ewcm this late in cycle and ovulate? I’m not TTC and we use pull out method. I have twins just over 1 years old and my boyfriend has 3 with his youngest being 2 years old... we aren’t ready for a baby right now... I have been sick for three weeks and gotten checked for UTI and urine pregnancy test which negative. For my twins I got a blood test at 3 weeks and was told I wasn’t pregnant and had cysts. I ended up finding out I was pregnant a week later and confirmed by ultrasound... I’m scared I may be pregnant and it’s just not coming up again.. first I had diarrhea for a week day and night, then I had nausea and I’m so tired for the last two weeks, I’ve had some cramping as well.🤮 today I’m cd25 and had ewcm and a lot of creamy cm...
