4cm dilated & 80% effaced

38 weeks + 5 days. Had our last OB appointment this morning and I’m 4cm dilated, 80% effaced, and baby has finally dropped some and sitting at -2. My doctor said I might go into labor on my own but if not, I’m scheduled to be induced at 5am Sunday morning! Praying he decides to come on his own but I’m excited the end is in sight. So bittersweet. Good luck to all you mamas! Hoping we all have fast, safe, painless (wishful thinking lol) deliveries! 💙
