IS IT CONSIDERED CHEATING?!

Question

My boyfriend who I have been with for 5 YEARS. Has been kissing a girl at work.. 
I found out by an ex coworker who couldn’t keep in the secret anymore because I have a son and felt bad. I contacted the girl who he “kissed” .. 
she ADMITTED it to me that It happened TWICE last month. 
He begs & Cries that he did not do it. 
He did mention about this same girl liking him a few months before , but I didn’t think anything of it.  Should I believe him? There’s so much evidence that shows he did it .. but he’s so good at lying and manipulating...

IS IT CONSIDERED CHEATING?
SHOULD I LEAVE HIM?!

Yes kissing is cheating??? When a grown man and women kiss it’s a form of intimacy. He cheated, he’s probably crying because he got caught. If someone told you and then the girl even admitted it most likely did happen.

If there is actual proof that he kissed another girl and has a history of lying than i'd believe the ex coworker and the girl. Its still considered cheating and he doesnt deserve you
