White wine

I’m kind of worried to serve my boyfriend sauerkraut Tonight because it’s apparently made with white wine. He takes seizure medication, and I’m not sure if the alcohol is going to affect his pills 😥 I read a horror story of a girl who’s bf drank alcohol and was on seizure medication; he died a few hours later! I’m crazy right? His pill bottle says not to consume alcohol, and I didn’t see it was made with white wine till after I bought it!
