I’m 7 weeks PP and i am approved for everything , my job is demanding heavy lifting etc so i do get pains / irritation I think from lifting and bending a lot , is this normal I mean besides that I feel fine no discharge was told it’s completely closed is this just like my nerves and muscles kinda growing and my body getting use to moving certain ways maybe !? This is what my incision currently looks like ,

I feel it’s healing okay I’m not sure if the red areas is just how the skin will always look esp the ends they’ve always been red so idk.
