I’ve been spotting/bleeding

So I’m 1 1/2 years pp. not sure if that has anything to do with it but I got off the depo shot almost a year ago. Lately, when I would have sex I start bleeding in the middle, randomly. Its not because I’m dry or anything it’s like regular sex and then blood. I’m also not in my period because I had it about 3 weeks ago but ever since then the blood never stopped. It’s been almost a month of bleeding and when I don’t bleed during the day if I have sex I’ll bleed and once we’re done the blood also stops. Idk this is weird. I haven’t gone to the obgyn because I have no insurance and want to make sure it’s something serious before spending hundreds to get checked. I’ve also been getting low cramps randomly throughout the day
