What kind of cramps is normal in the first few weeks of pregnancy?

Just got my BFP yesterday and confirmed with a second (and third😂) year today and they’re a tiny bit darker. Suddenly I’ve been having some light cramping that kind of switched off between my left and right side. I’m really nervous as I’ve had a chemical 3 years ago. I won’t know my levels and progesterone level till Monday and I’m super nervous and worried :( just don’t want to lose this baby.. these have been my first REAL positives. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated as this is all so new and I’m not sure what’s considered “normal” during these beginning stages
