Lawyer rant

My cross motion is due tomorrow and I still haven’t got my certification from my lawyer to review. Between my fiancé and my father we have given her $5,000. And I have literally seen nothing. I go to court next month against my ex husband because he’s a low life degenerate asking for unsupervised overnights with our daughter that he hasn’t seen in almost a year. I’m livid at this point because I feel like I’m going to get screwed since I haven’t seen or read anything from my lawyer. And I know we’re going to have to give her more money just to go to court because I think we’ve just about used the $5,000 up. I did get s recommendation letter from my daughters therapist stating that he is to have only supervised visitation with no overnights because he doesn’t have a stable home. Vehicle or relationship. He’s an almost 30 year old living in his gfs house driving a fucking tow truck for a living. Can’t even support himself but thinks he can raise my daughter that hasn’t asked once to see her father in the last year. I’m just freaking out a bit over this!
