Okay stressed

So we have an extra spare room for our dog whenever we aren’t home and he pees so much I walk him atleast 4 or more times a day and when we are sleeping he still pees in his cage and it goes onto the carpet and at this point I’m tired of cleaning it up because it makes the whole house smell like urine no matter how much I clean and it’s getting old cleaning it up and really embarrassing when people come over because it smells like urine. I put air freshers in the vents, spray, vaccum, Lysol. At this point I don’t know what to do. Should I just rip up the carpet and completely redo the whole room?? And yes we do walk him more than enough and he doesn’t drink anything hardly all day. I just hate!!!! The smell of urine especially it coming through the vents! It’s tiring cleaning up after him every day and I don’t get how to get rid of it through the vents unless I completely repaint the room, rip up the carpet.. etc
