I’m 12 weeks and I slept wrong and my back is killing me are these patches safe?

My doctor told me it’s not safe. I used to depend on icey hot. I was told to alternate a heat pad and cold compress! It works okay. Not the best but will help!

I think you should ask your doctor. I’m in my 3rd trimester and my doctor just told me today to try these because I pulled a muscle in my back. Not sure how it works in early pregnancy.

It’s not safe. Try take a warm shower to relax your muscles and then rotate hot packs
