Measuring ahead?

I’m 30 weeks 4days & measuring 32 weeks. My doctor didn’t seemed too concerned and said it’s normal to measure a head by two weeks or behind by two weeks. But didn’t mention doing a growth scan. But everyone else I’ve talked to is making me nervous I’m going to have a “big baby” 😭 I’m a FTM so I’m scared sh*tless to say the least. Is anyone else measuring ahead?

Don't stress!! It could be how baby was laying or if you have a little more fluid than usual and baby could be average sized! But even if baby is a little bit bigger, you will be okay then too! Women have huge babies all the time without any problems. My first always measured ahead and I had him a month early so he was just 7lb 12 oz but I had a two hour labor it was seriously so smooth and fast I couldn't believe it

I’m measuring big, told it may be just me or it could be a combination of me and the baby. I had a big baby last time and I’ve gained a lot of weight so it’s possible.
They’re concerned, I am getting a growth scan... this is because I’ve gained almost 30kg and classed as obese since falling pregnant.

My son always measured ahead by 2, 2.5 weeks and I didn’t have any complications. I was scheduled for c-section because I have narrowed hips, and baby wouldn’t fit but he was perfect 3.875 kg and 52 cm.
Never showed intention of wanting to come earlier. C-section at 37w3d. Don’t worry, I am sure You’ll be fine 😊

Is getting a growth scan normal for 30 weeks or so? I’m 31 weeks today, and my last ultrasound was back at 20 weeks for the anatomy scan. My dr measures my bump and listens to baby’s heartbeat, sometimes blood work depending on what’s going on.

I went last week when I was 28 weeks measuring 30 weeks at my growth scan! I am also nervous about being induced early or something because of a big baby? Idk I'm a first time mum too..
