The Pressure Is ON!
Good morning! Can we talk about pressure? I have so much pressure in my pelvic area it’s ridiculous. I have tried everything! Warm baths, Tylenol, yoga, yoga ball, exercises I learned at my childbirth class, heating pad, ice, KT tape, and I attempted a pregnancy band but my belly is too small for the smallest one 🙄 I am going into my 30th week and idk that I can make it another 7-10 weeks like this. I asked my dr about it and she said “well, welcome to pregnancy” 😒 and that’s it. Please if anyone has any tips please share. I work in the jail seeing clients so I walk a lot on most days but if I sit for a long period of time I get so stiff too. This is my 2nd child but it’s been like 9 years since I’ve been pregnant 🥴 and it’s soooo different 🤦🏾♀️
