Best way to help baby with congestion???

My 4 month old has fallen ill.. she is super congested, coughing, sneezing, fever. She is absolutely miserable. We are using saline drops, the nose frida, Tylenol and baby friendly mucus medication. What else can I do for my poor baby?!

For instant relief, run a hot shower and let the bathroom steam up a bit then sit with baby upright/reclined against your chest for 10 min. Don't let it get TOO steamy, just enough where the air feels moist and warm to break up phlegm and thin mucus.  You can do this multiple times a day. I still do it with my 3 year old when she gets really congested.

Humidifier definitely. And when my LO was sick like that he would only sleep sitting up while I held him... it was alot of sleepless nights in our rocking chair next to a humidifier. Hope ur LO feels better soon
