Need some encouragement

My 12 weeks old has for the past few days taken five minutes naps, then he wakes up and wants to be at the boob, not necessarily feeding, but being close to them so it's not really cluster feeding, then he falls asleep and wakes up five minutes later. This on repeat for the whole day and night. I know this will pass, but I'm exhausted and right now I'm miserably tired and it feels never ending!
