Potty training help!

My daughter turns 2 in one week. Recently she’s been taking off her diaper & demanding that I sit her on the potty chair we got for her a couple months ago (it was on sale). But as soon as we put her on the potty chair she doesn’t want to sit there. She’ll sit there for 5 seconds, say “done!” & runs off. We bring her back & try to make her sit but after that she just loses all interest. Then on the way to the bedroom to put a new diaper on she’ll pee on the floor. So I know she’s at least realizing she has to pee but she’s just so impatient.

I’ve tried giving her a book to read while she’s sitting on her potty or a Barbie doll to take with her to keep her entertained & sat on the potty chair, but it doesn’t help that much...

What can I do to help this??
