Question ladies

I got my period for two days this month normally my cycle is 28-29 days give or take a day. I was 4 days late this month took a test got a bfn then the two days later AF came but only for 2 days normally I'm 4 days. My cycle length was 35 days does anyone know what could have caused this or is it normal .
