Sinus infection and pregnancy don’t mix

Sooo ladies I got a very bad sinus infection, like very bad head filled with pressure nose completely stoped up ear is clogged and I have a sore throat.!! Yay me haha... but people nobody told me before hand that getting sick while pregnant is the worse thing to do.!! It’s like a sinus infection on steroids.!! Idk what to do feel like I’m gonna die specially because I can’t take anything to early in my pregnancy.!! Only 8 weeks but I’m just miserable 😩.!! I’m drinking plenty of fluid because I know I need to stay hydrated and I’m getting plenty of rest and blowing my nose when ever I can.!! Hopping this will go away soon.!! Pray for me
