Preeclampsia 2.0?

Not sure if I’m posting in the right group but just bear with me for a second. My husband and I are trying to decide if we want to TTC or not right now. The only thing holding us back is that I had severe preeclampsia (BP 200/120 at highest) with our first and ended up having an emergency c-section at 32 weeks and then almost lost our son to a pulmonary hemorrhage that stopped his heart twice. All of this to say.... we are terrified of me having preeclampsia again, not only for my health but for the health of the baby I would be carrying. Has anyone had pre-e and found a way to keep it controlled their next pregnancy? Or should we just look into adoption? Pic of my perfect preemie then and now for attention 💓
